BARIDI BARIDI APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

Baridi Baridi Application privacy policy (hereinafter "this privacy policy") define the handling of user information on both the Baridi Baridi AC mobile application (hereinafter "the application") and the service provided through the application (hereinafter "this service"), provided by Baridi Baridi Inc. and group companies (hereinafter Baridi Baridi, "we", "us”, etc.). "Third Parties" means any natural or legal person or entity. "Website" means the website available at baridibaridi.com

Baridi Baridi recognizes and understands the importance of the privacy of its users ("user", "You") and wants to respect their desire to store and access personal information privately and securely. - In the event of a full or partial merger with, or acquisition of all or part of Baridi Baridi, we may transfer your Personal Data to a Third Party. In such event, Baridi Baridi shall impose this Third Party to use any Personal Data strictly consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Consent will be obtained when the application is first started. If you are concerned or have any questions about your Personal Data, you have the right to request access to the Personal Data which we hold or process about you. We will then provide you with information about the data that are being processed and the source of those data.
A) Disclosure
When requested by a user to disclose personal information per the provisions of the Electronic, Postal Communication act, Baridi Baridi will disclose the information to the user without delay aHer confirming that the request was made by the user. However, this shall not apply to cases in which our company is not obliged to disclose according to the Electronic, Postal Communication act, and other laws and regulations.
B) Correction/Addition/Deletion/Suspension Of Use
If Baridi Baridi is requested by a user to correct, add or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correc?on, etc.") Personal Information that is not true, after confirming that the request was made by the user, we will investigate the request without delay and, based on the results of the investigation, will correct, add or delete Personal Information and notify the user to that effect.

11. REVISION OF PRIVACY POLICY
Baridi Baridi always strives to update its privacy policy. Such an update shall be carried out on the face of it without prior intimation to the user. However, if the procedures required for revision are stipulated by the Electronic Postal Communication Act and other laws and regulations, the revision shall be made based on the relevant laws and regulations. If there is an update in the acquired user information, purpose of use, or provision to a third party, with no?fying on this application or our website, consent will be obtained from the user again when the application is launched.
